It became clear that regular flashlights were contributing to the waste left behind from people going camping. We set out to create a flashlight that would not only emit light but would do so for a very long time. By using LED’s the Lum-n flashlight would allow the flashlight burn longer than any conventional flashlight thus cutting down on waste.
Our office is located in RI. Right on the East coast where we indulge in the outdoors every season.

Lum-n is not a non-profit. Though we work on protecting the environment our efforts comes with the help of many other non-profits.
As of now Lum-n operates solely online. But we are currently considering opening a few locations on the east coast after the pandemic so stay tuned.
